LIZZY WAS BORN MARCH 17, 2003,7LBS.2 OZ.
BORN AT HENDRICKS COMMUNITY HOSPITAL
SHE HAD WHAT WE ALL CALLED HER MEAN STREAK ON HER FOREHEAD.HER APGAR AT 1 MINUTE WAS 8 AND 9 AT 5 MINUTES. Elizabeth was transferred to our children's hospital and was found to have DiGeorge Syndrome which led to Congenital Heart Disease. She spent most of her life here and became a very loved and special little girl. She was home about a total of 1 month off and on for her 7 months. She has had 2 open heart surgeries, a lobectomy, a bleeding ulcer, feburile seizures, among several other things. Lizzy made it through both her heart surgeries, but about 1 week after her second(VSD CLOSING)she went to heaven. She is very missed and loved.
